City Synergy Featured Two Pastors from Staten Island

City Synergy is a workshop for MNYBA leaders on ministry in the NYC Metro. Our last one focused on what God is doing through two churches on Staten Island. Nick Mustakas, church planter of The Journey Staten Island, spoke on how his new church assimilates guests, visitors and new believers. The Journey just celebrated its one year anniversary. Daniel Mercaldo spoke to the group on “Hidden Valleys”, lessons he has learned about himself and his ministry at The Church of the Gateway. Dr. Mercaldo began this church 50 years ago with a group of believers. They first met in a bank.
The contrast between the two churches was remarkable, but the passion these two leaders have for the glory of Jesus Christ in New York City was the same!
The next City Synergy will be June 11, 10 am at MNYBA. More details will be available on our website.
